RETROFOLD adheres to the customer-first service principle and provides standardized return and refund services for global customers. All return and refund behaviors must comply with the following rules.
1. Return Eligibility & Time Limit
We support returns and exchanges within 30 days after you receive the goods. All returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags, packaging and complete accessories. Fashion accessories (jewelry, ornaments, etc.) must be kept in brand-new condition without scratches or wear. Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To protect public health and service norms, customized products, clearance discount products, and personal intimate accessories that have been used, worn or cleaned are not supported for return and exchange.
3. Return Application Process
1. Contact our official customer service via email within the return period, submit your order number and return application, and explain the return reason;
2. Wait for our customer service review and obtain the official return address and return instructions;
3. Pack the goods completely and send them back according to the designated address, and provide the return logistics number;
4. After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will confirm the return result.
4. Refund Rules
After the returned goods pass the inspection, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is caused by our product quality problems or wrong delivery.
If the product has quality problems, wrong style or size delivery on our side, we will bear the return shipping fee and provide full refund or free exchange service.
5. Exchange Service
We support size and color exchange for eligible products within 30 days of receipt. The exchange goods are subject to real-time inventory. If the target style is out of stock, we will provide you with a full refund solution.
