Q1: Are your clothing sizes standard? How to choose the right size?
All RETROFOLD clothing sizes adopt US standard size standards. Each product page is equipped with a detailed size chart (bust, waist, length, shoulder width data). It is recommended that you measure your usual fitting clothing data and compare with the size chart to select the appropriate size. Due to manual measurement, a 1-2cm error is normal.
Q2: Why is there a slight color difference between the product picture and the physical item?
All product pictures are taken in kind, but the color presentation will be slightly different due to different mobile phone/monitor display effects, shooting light and ambient light. Slight color difference does not affect the use and does not belong to quality problems, which is not within the scope of return compensation.
Q3: How long can I receive my order after payment?
We need 1-3 business days for order processing and packaging. US standard shipping takes 5-10 business days. The total cycle is about 6-13 business days. Holidays and peak shopping seasons will lead to a slight delay in logistics, please wait patiently.
Q4: What should I do if I receive wrong or missing goods?
If you receive wrong goods, missing parts or defective products, please take clear photos of the outer package and products within 48 hours after signing for the goods, and contact our official email customer service. We will verify the problem within 24 hours and arrange re-delivery, exchange or full refund for you free of charge.
Q5: Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?
Orders that have not been shipped can be modified (size, color, address) or cancelled for free. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please contact customer service in time if you need to adjust your order.
Q6: How long does the refund take to arrive?
After we confirm and pass the return inspection, the refund will be initiated within 5-10 business days. The specific arrival time depends on the processing cycle of your payment bank or platform, usually no more than 15 business days.
Q7: Do you support international shipping?
Yes, we support international shipping. International orders need to bear local tariffs, customs clearance fees and other additional logistics expenses by customers. The shipping time of international orders is affected by customs clearance, usually 10-20 business days.
Q8: How to guarantee the product quality?
All RETROFOLD products are strictly inspected before shipment, including fabric, workmanship, appearance and accessories. We focus on the dressing experience of middle-aged groups, and all products are selected with high-quality fabrics and fine workmanship. If there are quality problems after receiving the goods, we support free return and refund.
